With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in helping people build real, lasting strength. I offer 1 to 1 or small group strength training sessions. Creating a supportive environment where you receive personal attention while training alongside others who share similar goals. This approach allows you to benefit from expert coaching, motivation, and a structured programme designed to help you get stronger safely and effectively.
I work with people who want to develop strength, improve fitness, and feel more capable in everyday life. I also help return to training after injury, providing guidance, reassurance, and carefully planned progressions to rebuild strength and confidence.
